We offer you a variety of payment options. We accept CB, Visa, MasterCard. We also take PayPal.
If you don't receive an email from Buzz Collection within a few hours of your order and it's not in your Spam folder, the email address on file is probably misspelled. Please contact our customer service team by email for assistance in updating your order.
We are very fast in processing orders to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You can modify your order as many times as you wish before clicking “Order”, but you will not be able to modify your order after that point. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. However, you can return the item to us in accordance with our returns policy.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and leaves the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It can take up to 72 hours to process an order. Please note that shipping may be delayed by our verification team if confirmation is required for the order. You can also track the status of your order.
Between the time you placed the order and the time we processed it, the item was no longer available. We will send you an email with an e-gift card containing the amount owed to you for the cost of the item. Please treat the gift card like cash, as it is store credit that you can use on a future purchase. Store credit never expires.
We offer delivery within 3 to 15 days for all orders to France. In rare cases, delivery may take more than 15 days.
It usually takes 7-20 business days to arrive in your country. However, in some cases delivery may be delayed depending on your country's policies.
Follow the procedure, print and complete the form and return it with the damaged item. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund.
In your shipping confirmation email you get a link to the tracking history. From there, you can track the progress of your package until it is delivered to your home.
Returns are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving your item.
We refund any item returned as new, unworn, in the original packaging within 30 days. No refunds are possible for lingerie, swimsuit and earrings items.
Delivery costs are not refundable
Once you receive your order, carefully check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/faulty/not part of your order, you must contact our customer service team within two days of receipt and let us know.
